18 Delegation

(1)

The Council may, with the approval of the Minister, delegate to any Council member, committee of the Council, or any officer of the Council or other person, any of its powers and duties, other than this power of delegation and its powers in relation to licences and registrations.

(2)

The Council may delegate its power to grant or renew licences or registrations to the person for the time being holding or acting in the office of chairman of the Council.

(3)

The Council may at any time revoke a delegation given under this section, and a delegation so given does not prevent the exercise or discharge by the Council of any of its functions.
