25 Means tests
Where —
after the coming into operation of this Act, any test relating to income or assets applicable to any pension or allowance under Chapter 3 of the Social Security Act 1991 of the Commonwealth is, in relation to any such pension or allowance —
changed; or
no longer to be required;
or
for the purposes of this Act in relation to any pension or allowance, a test as to the income or assets of any person other than —
the tests applicable to that pension or allowance referred to in paragraph (a) of the interpretation of the pension means test in section 3(1); or
the fringe benefits ordinary income test together with the fringe benefits assets test under Chapter 3 of the Social Security Act 1991 of the Commonwealth,
is to have effect,
the Governor may, by regulation, make provision for a prescribed means test.
