7 Entitlement of a person as regards land
(1)
Subject to —
(a)
any review under section 12; and
(b)
section 14(2),
the entitlement of an applicant as regards any land for the purposes of this Act, and the extent of that entitlement, shall be determined by the administrative authority in accordance with Division 2 of Part 2.
(2)
In relation to a prescribed charge that is not a Water Corporation charge, the determination as to the entitlement of a person made in accordance with section 32(5) shall have effect throughout the rating year in which the charged period occurs.
