36 Registered office of licensee
A licensee shall, on and after the day on which he commences to carry on business as an agent, and for so long as he carries on that business, have a registered office in the State.
Penalty: $1 000.
Any summons, notice, order, or other document to be served on a licensee, may be served by leaving it at his registered office or by sending it by registered post addressed to the licensee at that office.
An office may be registered by giving written notice of the situation of the office to the Commissioner and a registration may be transferred from one office to the other by written notice given to the Commissioner.
