41 Notices to be exhibited at offices; particulars to appear on documents

(1)

A licensee shall exhibit, and keep exhibited, in a prominent place at his registered office, and at every branch office of his business, so as to be easily read by persons entering therein —

(a)

a notice of his name, and of the fact that he is a licensed real estate and business agent, together with the name, style, title, or designation under which he carries on business as a real estate agent or a business agent, or both, if that business is, or those businesses are, not carried on in his own name; and

(b)

in the case of a branch office, a notice of the name of the manager and the address of the registered office of the licensee.

(2)

On all correspondence, and on the outside of all documents prepared, in the course of business of a licensee at his registered office and every branch office —

(a)

the licensee shall be identified as a real estate agent or business agent, or both, and the registered office of his business shall be shown; and

(b)

in the case of a branch office, the manager shall also be identified as a real estate agent or business agent, or both, and the address of the branch office shall also be shown.
