2A Assistant Registrar of Deeds and Transfers

That a person holding an office because of which the person is an assistant registrar under the Transfer of Land Act 1893, shall be, by virtue of that office, an assistant registrar of deeds and transfers for the purpose of this Act, and anything which is by this Act appointed or authorised or required to be done or signed by the Registrar of Deeds and Transfers may be lawfully done or signed by an assistant registrar of deeds and transfers.
