6 Memorial for registration
That the registration intended by this Act shall be made by delivering to the Authority a memorial containing the particulars hereinafter specified, and signed either by a lawyer or by any other person requiring the registration thereof: Provided that if such memorial is signed by some person other than a lawyer as aforesaid, their signature must be attested by a witness qualified to attest the execution of instruments under the Transfer of Land Act 1893.
