2 The Land Legislation (Postponement of Expiry) Proclamation 2018 published by Gazette 21 Dec 2018 p. 4845-6 provides that the expiry of section 22AA is postponed until the end of 31 December 2024.
3 The Land Legislation (Postponement of Expiry) Proclamation 2024 cl. 3 (SL 2024/43) provides that the expiry of section 22AA is postponed until the end of 31 December 2029.
