6A Modified application of s. 71AD(2) of Act when Housing Authority is lessor of premises
(1)
This regulation applies to a residential tenancy agreement under which the Housing Authority is the lessor.
(2)
Under section 6(a) of the Act it is provided that section 71AD(2) of the Act applies to a residential tenancy agreement as if it were modified by deleting “7 days” and inserting:
14 days
