Veterinary Practice Act 2021

the person’s history of compliance with the following —

this Act and the Acts referred to in section 80(c);

a corresponding law;

a law of another country that deals with the regulation of veterinary medicine (however described);

any decision under this Act or another Act or law referred to in paragraph (a) to refuse, refuse to renew, suspend or cancel a licence, approval, registration, certification or other authorisation (however described) granted to the person under the Act or law;

the person’s criminal history to the extent that it is relevant to the person’s suitability to practise as a veterinarian or veterinary nurse;

any behaviour of the person that shows that the person is not of good fame and character;

whether the person has contravened an order of a regulatory authority;

whether the person has engaged in conduct that is unprofessional conduct or professional misconduct;

whether the person has failed to pay any fines, fees, costs or expenses for which the person is liable under this Act.
