35 Application for registration
A person who is, or proposes to be, a practice owner in relation to premises may apply to the Board for registration of the premises as veterinary premises.
The application must —
be made in writing in the form approved by the Board; and
specify the premises to which the application relates; and
be accompanied by evidence that the applicant and the premises meet the requirements for registration described in Division 2; and
be accompanied by —
the prescribed application fee; and
the prescribed registration fee;
and
comply with the prescribed requirements (if any).
