Veterinary Practice Act 2021

A person who is the registered practice owner for veterinary premises may apply to the Board for the renewal of registration of the premises.

The application must —

be made in writing in the form approved by the Board; and

be made not later than 1 month after the day on which the registration to which it relates expires; and

specify the registration to which it relates; and

be accompanied by —

the prescribed application fee; and

if it is made after the day referred to in paragraph (b) — the prescribed additional fee (which cannot be more than 50% of the prescribed application fee); and

the prescribed registration fee;

comply with the prescribed requirements (if any).
