44 Conditions generally
(1)
The registration of veterinary premises is subject to any condition that is —
(a)
imposed by the Board under section 45(1); or
(b)
provided for in regulations referred to in subsection (2).
(2)
The regulations may provide for —
(a)
conditions on the registration of veterinary premises; and
(b)
different conditions in relation to different kinds of veterinary premises.
