46 Modification or removal of conditions by Board
The Board may, if it considers there are reasonable grounds for doing so, modify or remove a condition on the registration of veterinary premises.
The Board may exercise the power in subsection (1) —
on the application of the registered practice owner for the premises; or
on its own initiative.
A decision under subsection (1) to modify or remove a condition on the registration of veterinary premises takes effect on the later of the following —
the day on which notice of the decision is given to the registered practice owner for the premises under section 50(1);
the day (if any) specified in the notice.
