27 Staff and other resources
(1)
There is to be an executive officer of the Council.
(2)
The executive officer and any other staff whose assistance the executive officer needs are to be made available by the CEO on terms agreed to by the chairman of the Council and the CEO.
(3)
The Council may make use of the services and facilities of the Department on terms agreed to by the chairman of the Council and the CEO.
