28 Application of Financial Management Act 2006
Acts or things done by or for the Council under this or a relevant Act are to be regarded —
(a)
as services under the control of the Department for the purposes of section 52 of the Financial Management Act 2006; and
(b)
as part of the operations of the Department for the purposes of Part 5 of that Act.
