16AW Information sharing protocols—entities
(1)
An information sharing entity may make protocols about dealing with information by the entity under this part (an entity protocol).
(2)
An entity protocol must not be inconsistent with—
(a)
a risk assessment and management framework; or
(b)
a Ministerial protocol.
(3)
An entity protocol must be—
(a)
available for inspection by anyone, without charge, during ordinary office hours at the office of the information sharing entity; or
(b)
published on a website controlled by the information sharing entity.
