43 Proposed redistribution
(1)
A redistribution committee must make a proposed redistribution of electorates after considering the suggestions and comments (if any) given to it in accordance with the notice under section 41 (Suggestions and comments about redistribution).
(2)
Section 36 applies in relation to the making of the proposed redistribution as if it were a redistribution by the augmented commission.
(3)
The committee shall state the reasons for its proposal in writing.
(4)
A member of the committee who disagrees with its proposal may state the reasons for the disagreement in writing.
