55 Decisions are final

(1)

A decision of an augmented commission or a redistribution committee made, or purporting to be made, under this part—

(a)

is final; and

(b)

shall not be challenged, appealed against, reviewed, quashed, set aside or called into question in any court or tribunal on any ground; and

(c)

is not subject to any proceeding for a prerogative order, injunction, declaration or other order in any court on any ground.

(2)

In this section:

decision includes a failure to make a decision.
