47 Augmented electoral commission
(1)
For the purposes of each redistribution, an augmented electoral commission is established.
(2)
An augmented commission shall consist of—
(a)
the members of the electoral commission; and
(b)
the members (other than the commissioner) of the redistribution committee formed for the purposes of the redistribution.
(3)
The surveyor-general is not subject to direction from anyone (other than the electoral commissioner, for the efficient functioning of the augmented commission) in the exercise of the surveyor-general’s functions as a member of the augmented commission.
