88 Register of political parties
(1)
The commissioner must keep a register of political parties.
(2)
The register must contain the following particulars for each registered party:
(a)
the name of the party;
(b)
any abbreviation of the name of the party;
(c)
the name and address of the registered officer of the party;
(d)
the name and address of the secretary of the party.
(3)
The commissioner must make the register available for public inspection.
