Electoral Act 1992

The secretary of a registered party may apply to the commissioner to change particulars included in the register of political parties in relation to the party.

This part (other than section 94 and this section) applies, with all necessary changes, to an application under subsection (1), as if it were an application for registration of the political party and any objection to the application were an objection to the registration.

Section 91 (Notification and publication of applications) and section 91A (Objections to applications and responses) do not apply to an application to change the address of the registered officer of a registered party.
