36F Licence—grounds for regulatory action
(1)
Each of the following is a ground for regulatory action against a licensee for a fisheries licence:
(a)
the licensee has contravened, or is contravening, a provision of this Act;
(b)
the licensee has contravened a condition of the licence.
Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation (see Legislation Act, s 104).
(2)
In this section:
licensee includes, if the person is a corporation, each executive officer of the corporation.
