36G Licence—regulatory action
Each of the following is regulatory action when taken against a licensee for a fisheries licence:
(a)
imposing a condition on, or amending a condition on, the licence;
(b)
suspending the licence for a stated period or until a stated thing happens;
(c)
cancelling the licence;
(d)
cancelling the licence and disqualifying the person from applying for a fisheries licence for a stated period or until a stated thing happens.
