36J Licence—effect of suspension
(1)
If the conservator suspends a fisheries licence, the licensee is, during the suspension—
(a)
taken not to hold the licence; and
(b)
disqualified from applying for a fisheries licence.
(2)
A suspended fisheries licence does not authorise the carrying on of any licensed activity under the licence during the suspension.
