Taking fish for sale without licence etc

In force

(1)

A person commits an offence if the person takes fish from public waters with the intention of—

(a)

selling the fish; or

(b)

processing the fish for sale.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 12 months or both.

(2)

This section does not apply to a person if the person’s conduct is exempt conduct.
