Division 5.1General
24A Determination of question—council
(1)
A question before the council must be decided—
(a)
in accordance with the opinion of a majority of the members; or
(b)
if the council is equally divided—in accordance with the opinion of the head of council.
(2)
If, in relation to a question before the council, members are not unanimous in opinion, a member may require the record of the council to reflect the different opinions of the members on that question.
