35F Appearance and representation
(1)
At a hearing—
(a)
the judicial officer the subject of a complaint is entitled to appear and to be represented by a lawyer; and
(b)
a person summoned to attend or appearing before the council as a witness may be represented by a lawyer; and
(c)
any other person may, with the consent of the council, appear and may be represented by a lawyer.
(2)
In subsection (1) (b):
person includes an unincorporated association.
