35G Examination of witnesses
The following may examine or cross-examine a witness at a hearing on any matter that the council is satisfied on reasonable grounds is relevant and appropriate to its inquiry:
(a)
a lawyer assisting the council;
(b)
the judicial officer the subject of the complaint or the lawyer representing the judicial officer;
(c)
any other person present who is permitted by the head of council to do so.
