54 Definitions—div 7.3
In this division:
treatment and care assessor means—
(a)
a person appointed under section 57; or
(b)
a person appointed under the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006 (NSW), section 24 (3) (Dispute about authority’s assessment—determination by assessor).
treatment and care review panel—see section 62.
