81 LTCS fund investment guidelines
(1)
The Treasurer may make guidelines (the LTCS fund investment guidelines) prescribing how an amount in an LTCS banking account that is not immediately needed for a purpose mentioned in section 79 may be invested.
(2)
The LTCS fund investment guidelines are a disallowable instrument.
