84A Determination of LTCS levy—motor accident injuries
The LTCS commissioner may determine a LTCS levy relating to motor accident injuries for a contribution period as any of the following:
a fixed amount;
a percentage of the premium payable for an MAI policy;
a combination of a fixed amount and percentage of the premium payable for an MAI policy.
A LTCS levy may be determined to differ according to any classification or other criteria for the determination of premiums for MAI policies as provided for by the MAI guidelines.
