87 Refund of LTCS levy
(1)
This section applies if an MAI policy issued to a person is cancelled on the cancellation of the registration of the motor vehicle to which the policy relates.
(2)
The LTCS commissioner must refund to the person, on a proportionate basis, the LTCS levy paid in relation to the MAI policy.
