84 Disclosure of information to territory entities and reciprocal authorities

(1)

The authority may disclose information—

(a)

in relation to an employer’s compliance with this Act—to a territory entity for the purpose of the exercise by the entity of a function for a territory law; and

(b)

in relation to a registered worker’s credit for service and long service benefits to a reciprocal authority—for the purpose of the exercise of a function by—

(i)

the authority under this Act; or

(ii)

the reciprocal authority under a corresponding law.

(2)

In this section:

territory entity means—

(a)

the director‑general of an administrative unit; or

(b)

the chief executive officer of a territory authority.
