89A Authority reimbursement of certain payments
(1)
An employer of a registered worker may apply to the registrar for reimbursement of a payment made directly to an employee.
(2)
If the registrar is satisfied that the employer has paid a long service leave entitlement to the employee under a corresponding law, the registrar may reimburse the lesser of—
(a)
the amount the employer paid to the employee; and
(b)
the amount the authority would have paid the employee.
