250 Meaning of designated prescription only medicine—pt 4.3
In this part:
designated prescription only medicine means a prescription only medicine other than—
(a)
an anabolic steroid; and
(b)
an appendix D medicine; and
(c)
a benzodiazepine.
Note Prescription only medicine does not include a controlled medicine (see Act, s 11)
