Meaning of contact

In force

In this Act:

contact, between a patient and another person, includes—

(a)

any form of oral communication, whether face-to-face or by telephone or other electronic communication; and

Examples—other electronic communication

 Skype

 Facetime

(b)

any form of written communication, including by electronic communication.

 SMS

 email
