235 Draft offsets policy guidelines
(1)
If the Minister intends to make offsets policy guidelines, the Minister must prepare a draft version of the guidelines (the draft offsets policy guidelines).
(2)
In preparing the draft offsets policy guidelines, the Minister must consult the conservator of flora and fauna.
