238 Offsets policy guidelines—monitoring and review
(1)
The Minister must monitor the effectiveness of the offsets policy guidelines.
(2)
The Minister must consider, at least once every 5 years, whether the offsets policy guidelines need to be reviewed.
(3)
In considering whether the offsets policy guidelines need to be reviewed, the Minister must consult the conservator of flora and fauna.
