237 Draft offsets policy guidelines—revision
If the consultation period for the draft offsets policy guidelines has ended, the Minister must—
(a)
consider any submissions received during the consultation period; and
(b)
make any revisions to the draft offsets policy guidelines that the Minister considers appropriate.
