602 Expiry—ch 20
This chapter (other than the following provisions and unless otherwise stated for a particular provision) expires 3 years after the commencement day:
chapter 20 heading, except note;
section 600 (Definitions—ch 20);
section 618 (1), (3) and (4) (Existing rights to use land etc not affected);
section 619 (Status of leases or licences in force before commencement day);
section 620 (Continued application of certain repealed Acts and provisions).
A transitional provision is repealed on its expiry but continues to have effect after its repeal (see Legislation Act, s 88).
