619 Status of leases or licences in force before commencement day
(1)
This section applies to a lease or a licence—
(a)
granted or continued, or purported to have been granted or continued under the repealed Act; and
(b)
in force immediately before the commencement day.
(2)
The lease or licence is taken to have been granted under this Act.
