Consultation with design review panel before commencement day

In force

(1)

This section applies if, before the commencement day—

(a)

a proponent for a prescribed development proposal consults with the design review panel under the repealed Act, section 138AL (Consultation with design review panel); and

(b)

a development application has not been made in relation to the proposal.

(2)

The proponent is, on the commencement day, taken to have consulted with the design review panel under this Act, section 100.
