Draft land management plans

In force

(1)

This section applies if, before the commencement day—

(a)

a draft land management plan is prepared in accordance with the repealed Act, section 321; and

(b)

a public consultation notice about the draft plan has not been notified under the repealed Act, section 323.

(2)

The draft land management plan is taken to have been prepared in accordance with this Act, section 389.
