20 Registrar may request more information
(1)
The registrar may, in writing, require an applicant under section 16 or section 18 to give the registrar information that the registrar reasonably needs to decide the application.
(2)
If the applicant does not comply with a requirement under subsection (1), the registrar may refuse to consider the application further.
