24 Registration conditions
A professional engineer’s registration is subject to the following conditions:
any condition the registrar considers appropriate;
any condition prescribed by regulation.
However, before imposing a condition under subsection (1) (a), the registrar must—
give the engineer a written notice that—
states the condition the registrar proposes to impose; and
states the reason the registrar proposes to impose the condition; and
tells the engineer that the engineer may give a written response to the registrar about the matters stated in the notice not later than 28 days after the engineer receives the notice; and
consider any response given to the registrar in accordance with paragraph (a) (iii).
