23 Continuation of registration until application for renewal decided
(1)
If a professional engineer makes an application for renewal, the engineer’s existing registration continues in force until the application is decided.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies even if it causes the existing registration to be in force for longer than the maximum registration term stated in section 25 (b) (i).
