Liability for own conduct

(1)

A person’s liability for the person’s own conduct is not affected by the person’s disclosure of that conduct under this Act.

(2)

In this section:

liability includes civil or criminal liability or any liability arising from an administrative action (including disciplinary action or dismissal).
