42 Injunction to prevent detrimental action etc
On application, the Supreme Court may—
if satisfied that a person has taken detrimental action because of a public interest disclosure—order the person who took the detrimental action to remedy the action; or
if satisfied that a person is taking, or is likely to take, detrimental action because of a public interest disclosure—grant an injunction to prevent the detrimental action being taken.
An application may be made by—
the integrity commissioner; or
the discloser for the public interest disclosure; or
a person against whom the detrimental action has been or is likely to be taken.
The Supreme Court may grant an interim injunction restraining a person from taking detrimental action because of a public interest disclosure before deciding an application for an injunction under this section.
