75 Telephone betting by race bookmaker or race bookmaker’s agent
A race bookmaker or a race bookmaker’s agent must not accept a bet by telephone unless—
(a)
the bet is placed in accordance with the procedures (if any) prescribed under the regulations; and
(b)
the bet is recorded using equipment (if any) prescribed under the regulations.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
